  • All products are made fresh with quality ingredients
  • Product images are for representation purposes; actual products may vary slightly
  • We strive to display accurate colors and descriptions, but variations may occur due to screen settings

2.2 Availability

  • All products are subject to availability
  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product without prior notice
  • If an ordered item is unavailable, we will contact you for a replacement or refund

2.3 Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order placement

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1 Order Placement

  • Orders can be placed through our website/app
  • An order confirmation will be sent via email/SMS after successful placement
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason

3.2 Payment Methods We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, etc.)
  • Net Banking
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) - where available

3.3 Payment Security

  • All online transactions are secured and encrypted
  • We do not store your card/banking details
  • Payment failures or disputes should be reported immediately

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Delivery Area

  • Currently, we deliver in Indore and surrounding areas
  • Delivery charges may apply based on location and order value

4.2 Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery: Within 2-4 hours (based on availability)
  • Express delivery: Within 2 hours (if selected)
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances

4.3 Delivery Instructions

  • Ensure correct delivery address and contact details
  • Someone must be available to receive the order
  • We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect address or unavailability of recipient

4.4 Failed Delivery

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, redelivery charges may apply
  • Orders may be cancelled after 2 failed delivery attempts

5. Product Quality and Food Safety

5.1 Freshness Guarantee

  • All products are made fresh daily
  • Best consumed within the recommended timeframe (specified on packaging)

5.2 Allergen Information

  • Our products may contain nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens
  • Please check product descriptions or contact us for specific allergen information

5.3 Storage Instructions

  • Follow storage instructions provided with the product
  • We are not responsible for product quality issues arising from improper storage after delivery

6. Cancellation Policy

6.1 Customer Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placement without charges
  • Cancellations after 30 minutes may incur a cancellation fee
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched for delivery

6.2 Seller Cancellation

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:
    • Product unavailability
    • Delivery area restrictions
    • Suspected fraudulent activity
    • Force majeure events

6.3 Refund for Cancellations

  • Prepaid orders: Refund processed within 5-7 business days
  • COD orders: No refund applicable

7. Return and Refund Policy

7.1 Limited Returns

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns

7.2 Refund Eligibility Refunds are provided ONLY for:

  • Missing items from your order
  • Wrong items delivered
  • Damaged or spoiled products upon delivery

7.3 Refund Process

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with order details and photos
  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days upon approval

8. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Strikes or labor disputes
  • Government restrictions
  • Pandemics or public health emergencies
  • Technical failures or internet outages

13. Promotional Offers and Discounts

13.1 Promotional codes and offers are subject to specific terms and conditions

13.2 Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated

13.4 Misuse of promotional codes may result in order cancellation
