Our Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products (sweets, mithai, and food items), we maintain a strict quality control process before dispatch. However, we understand that issues may occasionally occur.

Eligibility for Refund

We offer refunds ONLY in the following cases:

  1. Missing Items - If any item from your order is missing
  2. Wrong Item Delivered - If you receive a different product than what you ordered
  3. Damaged/Spoiled Products - If the product is damaged or spoiled upon delivery

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after order placement
  • Dissatisfaction with taste (as taste is subjective)
  • Orders placed incorrectly by customer
  • Delayed consumption after delivery

Step 3: Our team will verify your claim within 24-48 hours

Step 4: Once approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days

Refund Amount

  • Full refund for missing or wrong items
  • Partial refund for damaged items (depending on severity)

Important Notes

✓ Products cannot be returned due to their perishable nature
✓ Refund requests after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained
✓ Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be processed via bank transfer
✓ Photos/proof must be provided for all refund claims
