At Riddhi Delight, we are committed to delivering fresh, authentic traditional sweets and mithai right to your doorstep. We understand the importance of timely delivery, especially for perishable food items.


1. Shipping/Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to the following locations:

Noida - Express Delivery
Delhi NCR - Same Day Delivery
Outside Delhi NCR - Pan India Delivery (selected locations)


2. Delivery Timeframes

2.1 Noida (Express Delivery)

  • Delivery Time: Within 2 hours
  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 4:00 PM will be delivered the same day
  • Applicable Areas: All major localities in Noida

2.2 Delhi NCR (Same Day Delivery)

  • Delivery Time: Same day delivery
  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 6:00 PM will be delivered the same day
  • Applicable Areas: Delhi, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, and other NCR regions

2.3 Outside Delhi NCR (Standard Delivery)

  • Delivery Time: 5-7 working days
  • Coverage: Pan India delivery to major cities and towns
  • Note: Remote locations may take additional 1-2 days

4. Order Processing Time

4.1 Orders are processed immediately upon confirmation and payment verification

4.2 You will receive an order confirmation via Email/SMS/WhatsApp

4.3 Fresh products are prepared on the same day of delivery to ensure maximum freshness

4.4 You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched


5. Delivery Process

5.1 Order Tracking

  • Track your order in real-time through our website/app
  • Delivery updates will be sent via SMS/WhatsApp
  • You can contact our support team for order status

5.2 Delivery Attempt

  • Our delivery partner will contact you before reaching your location
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the order
  • Provide accurate contact details and delivery address

5.3 Contactless Delivery

  • Contactless delivery option available upon request
  • Package will be left at your doorstep with prior notification
  • Payment must be completed online for contactless delivery

6. Delivery Address

6.1 Accurate Information

  • Ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate
  • Include landmarks, building/flat numbers, and contact details
  • Incorrect addresses may result in delivery delays

6.2 Address Changes

  • Address changes can be made within 30 minutes of order placement
  • Contact customer support immediately for address modifications
  • Address cannot be changed once the order is dispatched

6.3 PO Box Delivery

  • We do not deliver to PO Box addresses
  • A complete street address is required

7. Failed Delivery

7.1 Reasons for Failed Delivery:

  • Recipient not available at delivery address
  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Contact number not reachable
  • Recipient refused to accept the order

7.2 Re-delivery Policy:

  • First Failed Attempt: We will attempt re-delivery on the same day (if possible)
  • Second Attempt: Re-delivery charges of ₹50-₹100 may apply
  • Third Attempt: Order may be cancelled, and refund processed as per our refund policy

7.3 Unclaimed Orders:

  • Orders not received after 2 delivery attempts will be cancelled
  • Refund will be processed after deducting delivery and packaging charges

8. Delivery During Festive Season

8.1 During festive seasons (Diwali, Holi, Raksha Bandhan, etc.):

  • Delivery times may be extended by 1-2 hours due to high demand
  • We recommend placing orders in advance
  • Express delivery slots may fill up quickly

8.2 Festive season cut-off times may be different and will be communicated in advance


9. Special Delivery Instructions

9.1 You can add special delivery instructions at checkout:

  • "Leave at door"
  • "Call upon arrival"
  • "Ring doorbell"
  • Gift message (for gift orders)

9.2 We will make every effort to follow your instructions, but cannot guarantee in all circumstances


10. Packaging

10.1 All products are packed in food-grade, hygienic packaging

10.2 Special care is taken to ensure products remain fresh during transit

10.3 For long-distance deliveries, products are packed with ice packs/insulation (where applicable)

10.4 Gift packaging available upon request (additional charges may apply)


11. Delivery Delays

11.1 We are not liable for delays due to:

  • Natural disasters or extreme weather conditions
  • Traffic congestion or road blockages
  • Government restrictions or lockdowns
  • Strikes or civil unrest
  • Technical issues beyond our control

11.2 In case of unexpected delays, we will notify you promptly

11.3 You may cancel your order if the delay exceeds the estimated delivery time by more than 24 hours


12. International Shipping

12.1 Currently, we do not offer international shipping

12.2 Deliveries are limited to India only

12.3 For international inquiries, please contact our customer support


13. Bulk Orders and Corporate Gifting

13.1 For bulk orders (more than 10 kg or ₹5000):

  • Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance
  • Special delivery arrangements can be made
  • Corporate invoicing available

13.2 Custom delivery schedules can be arranged for corporate orders


14. Perishable Product Guidelines

14.1 Immediate Consumption:

  • Products are best consumed fresh
  • Consume within the timeframe mentioned on packaging

14.2 Storage After Delivery:

  • Follow storage instructions provided with the product
  • Store in cool, dry place or refrigerate as directed
  • We are not responsible for product quality after delivery if storage instructions are not followed

14.3 Temperature-Sensitive Products:

  • Some products require refrigeration
  • Please refrigerate immediately upon delivery
  • Do not leave products at room temperature for extended periods

15. Delivery Confirmation

15.1 Proof of delivery may be required (signature/photo/OTP)

15.2 Once delivery is confirmed, the order is considered complete

15.3 Any issues with the order must be reported within 24 hours of delivery


16. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery information
  • Being available to receive the order
  • Inspecting the package upon delivery
  • Reporting any issues immediately
  • Following storage instructions for perishable items

17. Delivery Partners

17.1 We work with trusted third-party delivery partners for some locations

17.2 Our delivery partners are trained to handle food products with care

17.3 For any issues with delivery personnel, please report to us immediately


18. Holiday and Weekend Delivery

18.1 Weekend Delivery: Available for all zones

18.2 Public Holidays:

  • Noida & Delhi NCR: Limited delivery slots available
  • Outside Delhi NCR: No delivery on major national holidays

18.3 Holiday delivery schedule will be updated on our website


19. Order Modifications After Dispatch

19.1 Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled

19.2 For any changes, please contact us immediately at the time of placing the order
